CASINO AND BONUSES
4.1. Introduction
4.1.1. Videoslots offers, at its sole discretion, a number of optional Bonuses: for example, the Welcome Deposit Bonus and the Reload Bonus (each “Bonus” and collectively the “Bonuses”) stipulated in clause 4.3. and clause 4.4. of these Terms and Conditions respectively (and as may be otherwise stipulated in accordance with clause 4.1.2. herein). Videoslots also offers, at its sole discretion, Extra/Welcome Spins, as stipulated in clause 4.5. of these Terms and Conditions (and as may be otherwise stipulated in accordance with clause 4.1.2. herein).
4.1.2. Each of the Bonuses, including the Extra/Welcome Spins, have their own set of terms and conditions and individual wagering requirements (set out below), if any. By activating a Bonus, or the Extra/Welcome Spins, You confirm that You also agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
4.1.3. You can only have one Bonus active on Your Player Account at a time. If You already have an active Bonus and want to activate a new one, You will need to de-activate the current Bonus by forfeiting it under the 'My Bonuses' section of Your Player Account.
4.1.4. Once forfeited or de-activated, the Bonus will no longer be available to You (and cannot be re-activated at any time thereafter) and no further tranches of the Bonus will be credited to Your Player Account Balance. The amount of any Bonus Funds that have already been credited to your Player Account Balance will remain available to You.
4.2. General Bonus Rules
4.2.1. The following rules and definitions apply generally to all Bonuses:
'Activation Date’ has the meaning given to it in the relevant Bonus clauses below (see clause 4.4. or clause 4.5. of these Terms and Conditions);
'Bonus Funds' means funds credited to Your Player Account balance by Videoslots as a result of participating in a Bonus and meeting the relevant wagering requirements;
'Initial Deposit' has the meaning given to it in the relevant Bonus clauses below (see clause 4.4. or clause 4.5. of these Terms and Conditions);
'Player Account Balance' means the total withdrawable funds in Your Player Account including any funds You have deposited and any Bonus Funds;
'Maximum Bonus' has the meaning given to it in the relevant Bonus clauses below (see clause 4.4. or clause 4.5. of these Terms and Conditions); and
‘Use Period' has the meaning given to it in the relevant Bonus clauses below (see clause 4.4. or clause 4.5. of these Terms and Conditions).
4.2.2. You are permitted to place a single or multiple bet only up to a value of 50% of the bonus amount on any game on the Website OR an amount up to £20.00, whichever is lowest. If You try to do so, a pop-up will appear to notify You. If You ignore this pop-up and attempt to wager £20.00, or more than 50% of Your bonus amount in a single wager, your Bonus will be forfeited.
4.2.3. In order to receive a Bonus, You will need to meet the relevant Bonus' wagering requirements. Videoslots’ Bonuses can only be earned by playing certain games, selected at Videoslots’ sole discretion. Wagering on progressive jackpot games does not count towards any wagering requirements (therefore, the amount needed to be wagered during the Use Period) for the purposes of the Bonuses.
4.2.4. How much a game contributes towards a Bonus' wagering requirement depends on the game's theoretical return to player (tRTP). You can check each game's tRTP here.
4.2.5. Different games have different percentage Return to Player (“RTP”) figures. The RTP of the game affects how quickly You meet the wagering requirement. When Videoslots mentions RTP in the any text and context on the Website, Videoslots means the Theoretical RTP.
4.2.6. The wager requirement to complete a Bonus is based on a specific game's RTP. For example, a game on the Website with 96% RTP contributes 100% to the wager requirement, a game with 95% RTP contributes 125% to the wager requirement, while a game with 97% RTP contributes 75%. Every 0.01% over 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% less (max 75%) contribution to the bonus wager requirement. Every 0.01% under 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% extra (max 75%) to the contribution of the bonus wager requirement. You can find all games' RTPs on by visiting here, please select “Theoretical” view of the RTP and not “Actual” view.
The provisions of this clause 4.2.6. only apply for games in “Video Slots”, “Slots”, “Casino” and “Scratch Cards” categories. No game from these 4 categories can contribute less than 25% or more than 175% to the bonus wager requirement.
Illustrative examples:
Irish Eyes 2 with RTP of 95% contributes 125% towards a Bonus' wagering requirements, meaning if You wager £20.00 in Irish Eyes 2, £25.00 will be deemed to contribute to the aggregate amount needed to be wagered during the Use Period.
Playing games in the Roulette, Blackjack or Video Poker category contributes only 10% towards a Bonus' wagering requirements, meaning if you wager £20.00 in Roulette, Blackjack or Video Poker, £2.00) will be deemed to contribute to the aggregate amount needed to be wagered during Use Period.
4.2.7. If You try to wager on a game that does not count towards the wagering requirements for a Bonus, a pop-up will appear to notify You, and You will not be able to wager in that game with the Bonus. The Bonus will be forfeit and no further tranches of the Bonus will be credited to You.
4.2.8. Casino Bonuses are only valid in casino games (for example slots or roulette games) on the Website.
4.2.9. You may be required to deposit further funds in addition to your Initial Deposit in order to meet the wagering requirements for a Bonus.
4.2.10. Videoslots wants You to benefit from its Bonuses sooner, so Videoslots Bonuses are credited to Your Player Account Balance in 10 separate tranches. Each tranche is equal to 10% of the value of Bonus. You must wager an amount equal to three and a half times your Initial Deposit during the Use Period in order to be eligible to receive the first tranche of a Bonus. If You do not wager an amount equal to three and half your Initial Deposit during the Use Period, then You will not receive any of the Bonus.
4.2.11. Each time a tranche of the Bonus is credited to Your Player Account Balance, You can choose to either:
4.2.11.1. wager the funds (in which case such funds will contribute towards the remaining wagering requirements); or
4.2.11.2. withdraw the funds.
If You try to withdraw any winnings and/or any of the Bonus tranches already credited to Your Player Account Balance during the Use Period before the Maximum Bonus has been credited, a pop-up will appear to notify You. If You disregard the pop-up and proceed to withdraw the funds, no further tranches of the Bonus will be credited to Your Player Account Balance.

5.1.7. Any reference in these Terms and Conditions to words/objects that appear in singular also applies to plural. References to gender are non-binding and to be treated for information purposes only.
5.1.8. In the unlikely event of inconsistencies between the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this clause 5, the provisions of this clause 5 shall prevail in relation to any bets made by the Player with Videoslots in relation to the Sportsbook.
5.2. Definitions
5.2.1. "Bet Builder” shall mean a feature that allows the Player to build the desired bet, thereby enabling the Player to choose from a number of betting markets, pick out the preferred event(s) and add variables such as Multi Bets or System Bets, as provided in further detail in clause 5.11.4.
5.2.2. “Error” shall mean a mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling mistake, technical hazard, registration error, transaction error, manifest error, force majeure and/or similar related to the Sportsbook. Examples of errors include, but are not limited to:
5.2.2.1. bets accepted during technical problems that would otherwise not have been accepted;
5.2.2.2. bets placed on events/offers that have already been decided;
5.2.2.3. bets on markets containing incorrect participants;
5.2.2.4. bets accepted on a closed, suspended or abandoned market;
5.2.2.5. bets placed at odds that are materially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was placed;
5.2.2.6. bets offered at odds which reflect an incorrect score situation;
5.2.2.7. information relating to bets have been incorrectly displayed on the Sportsbook;
5.2.2.8. odds being clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring at the time the bet was placed;
5.2.2.9. a bet is accepted where the Player does not have enough cleared funds in the Player’s Account;

5.2.2.11. where an Error is made by Videoslots as to the amount of winnings/returns that are paid to the Player, including as a result of a manual or computer input error;
5.2.2.12. where an Error has been made by Videoslots as to the amount of free bets and/or bonuses that are credited to the Player’s Account; or
5.2.2.13. bets accepted in circumstances that breach these Terms and Conditions.
5.2.3. “Golden Point Rule” is a sudden death overtime system, used to resolve drawn rugby league matches in the rugby competitions, wherein the golden point is used to determine a winner when scores are level at the end of regular time.
5.2.4. “Influence Betting” is an act, prohibited by Videoslots, where a Player, or parties acting in association with the Player, can influence, directly or indirectly, the outcome of a match or an event – directly or indirectly.
5.2.5. “Mercy Rule” is when a 2-competitor sports competition ends and is officially terminated earlier then the scheduled endpoint, which may occur when 1 competitor has a very large and presumably insurmountable scoring lead over the other.
5.2.6. “Push” means when the result of a sporting event ends in a tie between the Player and Videoslots, and “Pushed” shall be construed accordingly.
5.2.7. “Related Contingency Betting” is a bet, which combines different selections within the same event, which shall not be accepted, where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other. (For example: In a football match involving Barcelona and Real Madrid, if Barcelona’s odds are 1.85 to win at home to Real Madrid and the correct score odds for Barcelona to win 1-0 is 9.00, by having the multiple bets (i) Barcelona to win and (ii) the correct score to be 1-0, a Player would be increasing the combined odds to 16.5 instead of 9.00 or 1.85, for if Barcelona win 1-0, they would automatically have won the match so the odd of 9.00 should not be multiplied by 1.85. An exception to this rule is where special odds are offered for the combined eventuality, for example in a Scorecast, when the related parts of a bet are resolved at different times but still within the same tournament.
5.2.8. “Scorecast” are bet offers where it is possible to bet simultaneously on a particular occurrence (for example: First Goal Scorer) combined with another from the same, or related event (for example: Correct Score in the match, or match outcome). Should the bet refer to First or Last Goal Scorer, terms and conditions as stated in the football section of the Sport Specific Betting Rules (accessible here) will apply, where applicable. Stakes will be refunded on players who do not take part in the match at all. In all other instances bets will remain valid, irrespective of the time of inclusion/substitution of the player. Own goals do not count for the settlement of this offer.
5.2.9. “Syndicate Betting” is an act, prohibited by Videoslots, where Players act together to place a series of bets on the same event or competition. Where there is reasonable evidence of Players acting together in this manner Videoslots reserves the right to make the relevant bets void the relevant bets and/or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of subsequent investigations.
5.3. Placing Bets
5.3.1 A Player shall be registered with Videoslots, and retain a Player Account therewith, in order to be eligible to use and place bets on the Sportsbook. Each time a Player places a bet in the Sportsbook, the Player’s bet is processed and, where appropriate, accepted, by Videoslots.
5.3.2. Videoslots reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet requested at its sole and absolute discretion. Videoslots shall only process, and thereafter potentially accept, bets formally made and submitted by a Player, using the Player Account, as accessed and completed online on the Sportsbook (including via mobile device or downloadable applications on a mobile device). For the avoidance of doubt, bets communicated to Videoslots shall not be accepted and processed, and consequently deemed as invalid irrespective of the eventual outcome of the event, if received in any other format and/or medium (included and not limited to telephone, post, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be invalid and not accepted.
5.3.3. All bets are placed at the Player’s own risk and discretion and it is the Player’s responsibility to ensure that details of the Player’s bets, including and not limited to the stake and the relative event, are correct and as intended. It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure that a bet placed with Videoslots in relation to the Sportsbook is correct and that the details of the said bet correspond to what the Player wanted to bet. Accordingly, the Player agrees and acknowledges that any bet placed by the Player on the Sportsbook shall be deemed as corresponding with the Player’s free will and intention to bet on an event available on the Sportsbook, and the details of the relative bet, as officially submitted with Videoslots, shall be deemed as final and approved by the Player.
5.3.4. Bets will be accepted at the odds, spread, handicap or total line (as applicable) as available on the Sportsbook at the time of the Player placing the bet, and the acceptance thereof by Videoslots. In the event of any discrepancy pertaining to the odds, spread, handicap or total line (as applicable) between those listed at the time of placing the bet by the Player, and the acceptance thereof by Videoslots, Videoslots shall forthwith notify the Player of the revised odds, spread, handicap or total line (as applicable), and the Player shall be requested to approve and accept the revised odds, spread, handicap or total line (as applicable) available as at the time of acceptance of the bet by Videoslots, which shall thereby apply and be deemed operative and binding in relation to the Player’s bet.
5.3.5. The minimum stake per bet is £0.10. For system and Multi Bets, the minimum stake per combination is £0.10. Deviating regulations as regards the amount of the minimum stake may apply.
5.3.6. Bets will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in the Player’s Account. If, as a result of an Error, a bet is accepted despite insufficient funds, such bet shall be deemed as void and to have not been placed. If the Player’s Account funds only cover part of the stake, Videoslots reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the bet at a reduced stake equal to the amount currently available in the Player’s Account.
5.3.7. A bet is not valid until the Player receives a confirmation that the bet has been validated by Videoslots and the bet is shown in the Player’s Player Account under the section entitled ‘Sports Betting History’. Each valid bet will be attributed a unique transaction code by Videoslots, and a Player is to check the Player’s Account history, or contact the Videoslots Customer Support if unsure upon the validity or acceptance of a bet placed with Videoslots. Videoslots shall not be liable for the settlement of any bets/wagers which are not issued with a unique transaction code. Notwithstanding the afore-stated, if bets are placed via a debit card, they are not valid until Videoslots has received payment thereof in full. The bet will be automatically deemed as void if Videoslots does not receive the full payment of the bet prior to the commencement of the earliest relevant event stipulated and pertaining to the bet. In cases of uncertainty about the validity of a bet, the Player is requested to check the open (pending) bets, or contact Videoslots’ Customer Support.
5.3.8. The Player’s funds available in the Player’s Account will be allocated to bets in the order and amounts that the said bets were placed and submitted by the Player, and will thereafter not be available for any other use. After a bet has been placed by the Player, Videoslots reserves the right to void and/or reverse any transactions or action subsequently made and/or placed by the Player involving the funds allocated to the aforementioned relative bets, either at the time or retrospectively. Furthermore, an accepted bet placed by a Player may be subsequently deemed and declared as void in the event that a prior settled bet was deemed to constitute an Error, or provides Videoslots with a right of reimbursement thereof, and following the reimbursement (full or partial thereof due to the Player not retaining the full sum in the Player Account at the time of refund being initiated by Videoslots), the Player does not retain sufficient funds in the Player Account to meet the stakes of the currently active bets. In such instances, the Player will be forthwith notified, and such bets may be re-placed by the Player prior to the commencement of the event, competition or match, upon firstly effecting any pending refund amount due to Videoslots.
5.3.9. Multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event are/will not be accepted by Videoslots, and if accepted may be subject to voiding, where the outcome of one affects or is effected by the other. In such instances, Videoslots retains the right to deem such multiple bets as being reasonably identical (or reasonably interdependent), and accordingly, all bets placed by the Player may be voided by Videoslots apart from the first bet struck by the said Player. Accordingly, amongst others, bets placed on different markets but ultimately needing the same outcome to be won, or multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event with individual odds of 1.08 or lower may be considered as identical bets as stipulated herein, and thereby be subject to non-acceptance and non-approval or voiding (as applicable) thereof by Videoslots.
5.3.10. A number of bets may be treated as being one when a Player places multiple copies of the same (or very similar) selection(s), and in such instances, all bets may be voided by Videoslots apart from the first bet submitted by the Player.
5.3.11. Unless accepted in Error, once accepted by Videoslots, a bet will remain valid and the Player may not cancel it at any stage thereafter. Videoslots reserves the right to cancel any bet at any time if accepted in Error, or if there is reasonable suspicion of Influence Betting or Syndicate Betting. Under no circumstance Videoslots will accept any responsibility for voiding or not accepting and validating bet(s) due to any mistakes (perceived and actual), deriving from either Errors or any other reason, such as but not limited to, Influence Betting, Syndicate Betting or incorrect listing of the odds/betting objects. If a dispute concerning the acceptance (or lack thereof) of any transaction and/or bet in the Player’s Account arises, the Player and Videoslots agree that the Videoslots transaction log database shall be the ultimate authority in deciding such matters.
5.3.12. A bet is invalid and void if at the date and time of placing the bet, or the Player’s necessary personal data have verifiably been omitted due to transmission errors. In such circumstance, the Player’s stake shall be refunded.
5.3.13. Videoslots determines a fixed time until which bets are accepted for each relative event. Bets that are accepted after the start of the betting event are deemed to constitute an Error and are invalid. This does not apply to Livebetting.
5.3.14. Only records made and logged by Videoslots are deemed as authoritative in relation to the contents of all bets available on the Sportsbook. On request, Videoslots is obliged to present these records. Adjustments of the betting account can only be made in case of an obvious Error or obvious typing or calculation error.
5.3.15. Only natural persons acting in their own name and on their own account may conclude betting contracts and transactions with Videoslots. The placement of bets in the name of and on account of third parties or as a syndicate is not permitted.
5.3.16. Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion or association with other betting customers or through the use of other dishonest methods is forbidden. If there is reasonable suspicion of irregularities relative to an event, such as the same bet being placed frequently or with an unusually high stake by one or more players, then any such bets may be declared void and the Player’s Account closed.
5.3.17. Bets on sporting events in which the Player is involved (e.g. participating as a sportsman, an owner, a manager or official of a participating association) are not permitted. Videoslots reserves the right to void these bets before, during or even after the termination of the event. This also applies in the event of violations against the regulations of an applicable association.
5.3.18. If information (actual or reasonable suspicion thereof) is known about the outcome of the event or the Player had knowledge relating to the outcome of the event at the time the Player’s bet was accepted prior to the commencement of the said event, then the Player’s bet may be declared invalid.
5.3.19. A Player may view its own betting history of the past 90 calendar days under section entitled ‘Sports Betting History’ of the Player Account, and thereafter print out the betting history in the form of an account statement at any time. The Player may also request Videoslots to provide the Player’s gambling and account history for the 12-month period preceding the date of request thereof.
5.3.20. Livebetting shall be made available to a Player, at the sole discretion of Videoslots, thereby enabling a Player to place a bet(s) on an event that is ongoing. Videoslots reserves the right to part-suspend or fully suspend an in-play event, or any in-play markets, at any point while said event is ongoing.
5.3.21. Upon successfully placing a bet, which is accepted by Videoslots in accordance with this clause 5, said bet shall be deemed as final and operative, and a Player may not cancel or withdraw said bet, with the Player being solely entitled to Cash-Out in accordance with clause 5.4, as and if made applicable by Videoslots.
5.3.22. Certain markets, whether available as Livebetting or Pre-Match Betting, have a time frame and reference. (Time frames are defined as follows; 1-10 minutes: 00:00-09:59; 11-20 minutes: 10:00-19:59; 1–15 minutes: 00:00-14:59; 16-30 minutes: 15:00-29:59 etc). Such markets will include any added time by the match official (for example: a bet relative to ‘Total Goals 30:00 – 45:00’ shall be deemed and construed as including, in this time period, the injury time added to this period). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby confirmed that, unless stated otherwise in Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here), extra time or any over time is excluded from this period.
5.3.23. Any event/match provided and accessed from a competition heading in the Sportsbook shall be related to that relative competition, and each bet shall refer to an event/match thereof (for example: if a bet is placed on a match “Norway vs Brazil" under the competition name/heading U20 World Cup, then the said bet will apply to the match between Norway and Brazil which is part of the U20 World Cup).
5.4. Cash Out
5.4.1. Videoslots may offer, at its sole discretion, a Cash Out function on selected events and markets, Pre-Match Betting and Livebetting, single and multiple bets. A Cash Out function shall not be valid in relation to bets including each-way selections. The “Cash Out” function allows a Player to redeem an eligible bet, while the event to which the bet relates to is still taking place, and which status has not been settled yet and completed, and accordingly the redemption possibility and consideration available at the time of cashing out will depend upon the current likelihood of the bet winning, as illustrated and displayed by Videoslots on the Sportsbook, which cashing out consideration (the “Cash Out Amount”) could be higher or lower than the consideration stipulated in the bet details placed by the Player, and accepted by Videoslots. Cash Out offers are subject to live betting market prices (which are subject to time delays) which can be volatile during a sporting event and increasingly so in the final stages thereof. Cash Out functionality cannot be used on any free bets (irrespective of the nature of the grant of the said free bet(s)) provided and made available to the Player by Videoslots, for use thereof on the Sportsbook.
5.4.2. Videoslots reserves the right to offer the Cash Out function solely at its own discretion and reserves the right to suspend, remove or change the Cash Out function at any time. Videoslots does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if the Cash Out is not available for technical or other reasons. In such a case, bets will be settled according to the actual result upon completion of the event to which the bet relates to.
5.4.3. The Cash Out Amount offered is inclusive of original stake and is calculated on current live odds and therefore is subject to change correspondently (which are subject to time delays). The Cash Out Amount shown at any time in conjunction with and relation to a Cash Out function, as may be made available from time to time to a Player by Videoslots for a current, live and uncompleted bet on the Sportsbook, is the consideration that will be returned to the Player’s Account by Videoslots upon acceptance of the Cash Out function, as requested by the Player.
5.4.4. Cash Out requests might be subject to a time delay prior to acceptance, the length of which may vary at the sole discretion of Videoslots. In the event that:
5.4.4.1. There is a discrepancy in the Cash Out Amount due as illustrated at the time of request for a Cash Out of a particular bet by a Player, and the acceptance thereof by Videoslots, the Player will be forthwith notified of the variation and the revised Cash Out Amount for the applicable bet, and shall be prompted to confirm the new Cash Out Amount displayed and to be returned and deposited into the Player Account for the pre-termination of the bet; or
5.4.4.2. During this delay, for any reason whatever, the Cash Out offer is removed by Videoslots, the Cash Out request will not be accepted and the Player will be notified accordingly with an on-screen communication.
5.4.5. A request for Cash Out by a Player in relation to a current and active bet that is still ongoing at the time of request thereof shall result in the completion and settlement of the said bet placed by the Player with Videoslots. A Cash Out request by a Player is final, and cannot be reversed or cancelled by the Player thereafter. By requesting a Cash Out, the Player agrees, acknowledges and understands that no further consideration(s) will be due in relation to the relative bet, irrespective whether the Cash Out Amount is lower than the consideration that would have been due had the Player, not elected to request a Cash Out, and proceeded with waiting for the termination and completion of the event relative to the bet for which settlement pursuant to a Cash Out was sought. The Player shall have no further legal rights and claims to any additional amount(s) that would have been due had the Player, not elected to request a Cash Out, and proceeded with waiting for the termination and completion of the event relative to the bet for which settlement pursuant to a Cash Out was sought.
5.4.6. If the Cash Out function is available for an event or market, it will be clearly indicated with a button available at the end of each bet. The button shows the value the bet is worth at that specific time. In such case, you will be able to request the evaluation of a bet before the betting result is definite. The request is subject to acceptance by the system.
5.4.7. Videoslots does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if the Cash Out functionality is not available at any time in relation to any event on the Sportsbook. Should a Cash Out request by a Player be accepted by Videoslots, the relative bet will be settled immediately and any subsequent events which occur in relation with the bet will not be taken into account. In the event of a cashed out bet having suffered from a technical, pricing or settlement error at any time between the time of original placement and the Cash Out, Videoslots reserves the right rectify such inaccuracy in accordance with clause 5.7 (as applicable).
5.4.8. Any bonus on potential winnings of a multiple bet due from multiple bonus will not apply if the Cash Out function has been used to settle the bet in full.
5.4.9. Bets settled in full using the Cash Out function will not count towards the wagering requirements of any active bonuses.
5.4.10. Videoslots reserves the right to void a Cash Out, or to reverse a Cash Out (as applicable) if:
5.4.10.1. The market or event was settled in Error;
5.4.10.2. The Cash Out Amount was incorrectly displayed;
5.4.10.3. The Cash Out Amount being higher than possible win amount stipulated in the bet placed by the Player;
5.4.10.4. The Cash Out Amount represents a palpable error in the market; or
5.4.10.5. If Videoslots has reason to believe that the Cash Out was accepted and carried out when or after the result or outcome of the event, market or bet was already known.
5.5. Betting and Payment Limitations
5.5.1. Videoslots reserves the right to limit the net Payout (being the payment due after the stake has been deducted from the bet submitted by the Player) on any of the Player’s bets or combination of bets at €100,000.00 (equivalent in £). The maximum Payout limit stipulated herein refers to a Player’s net win and excludes the original stake. The limit stipulated herein may be lower depending on the specific sport, league and type of bet offer, and save for bets already placed by the Player and accepted by Videoslots, Videoslots reserves the right to amend or revise the limit at any time, and at its sole discretion. For further information it is recommended to consult the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (Section B: Specific Sports Betting Limits, of the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits Section accessible here).
5.5.2. There may be instances, including and not limited to Multi Bet and System Bet, where the potential Payout of bets accepted by Videoslots, in Error or otherwise, is higher than the maximum winnings allowed in accordance with clause 5.5.1. In such cases the maximum pay-out limits applies.
5.5.3. All bet selections are subject to pre-imposed limits set solely at Videoslots’ discretion which may be lower than the limits mentioned in clause 5.5.1. and the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (Section B: Specific Sports Betting Limits, of the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits Section accessible here). Should this limit be reached by the Player, the Player retains the right to ask for the limit to be exceeded by means of a request effected with the Videoslots customer support at [email protected]. Videoslots reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept (fully or partially) or reject the said request without any prior notice, time-limitation and/or further explanation.
5.5.4. Videoslots reserves the right to decline, solely at its own discretion, all, or part of, any bet requested. This includes the possibility that a “System Bet” as defined in clause 5.11.4., is not accepted in full, either in terms of stakes or combinations included in said System Bet.
5.5.5. Videoslots reserves the right, at its own discretion, to totally or partly, restrict or deny access to a Player’s Account, suspend or terminate a Player’s Account, withdraw a Player’s offers for bets, void any bets outstanding to a Player’s Account, or cancel and void any outstanding bets, and retain a right to claim reimbursement of any winnings already paid in relation thereto, if:
5.5.5.1. Videoslots is required to do so by any applicable law, rule or regulation;
5.5.5.2. There is a material technological failure which prevents Videoslots from offering the services on the Sportsbook;
5.5.5.3. The Player does not, within a reasonable time of Videoslots asking for it, provide Videoslots with information that is necessary for Videoslots to provide the services to the Player on the Sportsbook;
5.5.5.4. Videoslots suspect that the Player may be bankrupt;
5.5.5.5. The Player is prohibited from entering into a bet by any term of your contract of employment or any rule of a sport governing body or other professional body which applies to the Player;
5.5.5.6. The Player places a bet on any sporting match or event in which the Player takes part (or in which a team of which the Player is a member, or in respect of which the Player is employed or takes part); or
5.5.5.7. Videoslots suspect that the Player has (or may have) otherwise materially breached these Terms and Conditions stipulated in clause 5.
5.5.6. All bets placed through the Sportsbook website may be subject to a time delay prior to acceptance, the length of which may vary. Such delay is to be determined by Videoslots at its sole discretion.
5.5.7. Videoslots reserves the right to withhold payment and/or to declare bets void on an event (or series of events), together with retaining a right to a refund of any winnings paid out for the relative bets, if there is sufficient evidence that any of the following has occurred:
5.5.7.1. The integrity of the event has been called into question;
5.5.7.2. The price(s) or pool has been manipulated;
5.5.7.3. Match-fixing has taken place, or the match is under investigation for such.
Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with Videoslots across any or all of its betting channels, as well as information received from other betting providers or officially recognized organizations.
5.5.8. All odds offered are subject to variation. Such fluctuation is determined solely at Videoslots’ discretion. Bets are accepted only at the odds available in the betting grid at the time the bet was accepted by Videoslots, irrespective of any other claim or previous publication present on the Videoslots Website or any other media detailing otherwise.
5.5.9. Winnings from settled bets are added to the balance of the Player’s Account. Any funds and/or winnings credited to a Player Account in Error are not available for use, and Videoslots reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from the Player’s Account and/or reverse the transaction, either at the time or retrospectively.
5.5.10. All Pay-out calculations when settling bets will be done based on decimal odds, irrespective of any other format displayed/chosen at time of bet placement. For the avoidance of doubt, in cases of conflicts between decimal odds and any other odds format, decimal odds shall prevail.
5.6. Settlement of Bets
5.6.1. Markets and events will be settled on the official results of the markets and events (as applicable) as published and confirmed by the relevant governing bodies. If a result cannot be obtained from the official governing body, Videoslots will settle the relative bet using information from independent reliable sources. In such cases, or in cases of a mistake from the independent sources, once the official governing body publishes an official result, then Videoslots shall reserve the right to change results to reflect those officially published on the governing body.
5.6.2. In the event of the result of a market or event changing due to, amongst others, disqualifications, penalisations, protests, sub judice rule and changes to the official result, settlement of bets pertaining to the said markets or events will not change.
5.6.3. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 5.6.2., such changes to the official result of a market or event will be taken into consideration only for season bets and outright markets that are determined on a span of a longer period, unless these relate to decisions taken after the season has ended.
5.6.4. Markets are determined as happened when these have been sanctioned by the match official. (for example: A corner or free kick must be confirmed by the relevant event official, and thereafter kicked in order to action such confirmation).
5.6.5. A match or event that has officially been cancelled, or not happened/occurring, or was declared a walk over by the relevant governing bodies, will be deemed as void, and any bet(s) related to the markets or event thereof will be deemed as void.
5.6.6. A match or event that has been abandoned, interrupted or postponed, for any reason whatsoever, following the commencement of the match or event, will:
5.6.6.1. Be declared void, unless such match or event resumes in the next 48 hours period following the official time of abandonment, interruption or postponement thereof, and any bet(s) related to the markets or event thereof will likewise be deemed as void;
5.6.6.2. Not be declared void if the match or event resumes within 48 hours, and accordingly all bets will remain open and settled upon the official termination and completion of the match or event;
5.6.6.3. Not affect any and all markets or events that have been determined until the time of abandonment, which will be settled accordingly regardless whether the match or event resumes within 48 hours of the official time of abandonment, interruption or postponement thereof;
5.6.6.4. If the abandoned match or event is scheduled to restart from the beginning, all active bets which were not pre-determined prior to the official time of abandonment, interruption or postponement thereof shall be deemed as void. Nevertheless, if the event is re-played from the beginning within a 48-hour period from the official time of abandonment, interruption or postponement thereof, Videoslots reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to keep all pre-match bets open and settle all bets in accordance with the result of the rescheduled match or event.
5.6.7. Change to the start time of a match or an event which was not yet made official by the governing association, will not be deemed as constituting an event under clause 5.6.6. Accordingly, in such instances wherein the date or time has changed from the original unofficial offer, or event/ matches moved due to scheduling conflicts or tv broadcasts, bets will remain open and settled accordingly upon completion and termination of the event or match upon the official date and time as confirmed by the relative governing association.
5.6.8. No bets will be deemed and made void when these relate to outrights chosen participant(s) withdraw from the match, competition or event (for example: bet placed on a player to be top scorer of a league and said player leaves that league at any point before the season commences). In such instances, Videoslots shall apply Tattersalls Rule 4 (refer to clause 5.6.11 herein).
5.6.9. In the event of a Player placing an outright on a participant, and the winner of the said match, competition or event was not listed in the original list offered by Videoslots, Players will not have the right to request their bet to be made and declared void, and to be refunded the relative stake. However, such provision shall not apply to instances wherein there is a match, event or competition, that does not contain a particular market or event, and such market or event happens (for example: a boxing event where a draw is not offered by Videoslots, and the event ends in a draw), in such instances, unless clearly stipulated otherwise prior to the Player placing the bet, all bets on the said event will be made and declared void.
5.6.10. In relation to bets relative to markets where there should only be 1 winner, Dead Heat Rules shall apply in the event there is more than 1 winner (Refer to clause 5.11.2.10. herein).
5.6.11. Tattersalls Rule 4. If a bet is placed on outrights, no stakes will be refunded on participants/outcomes that are not participating or withdrawing from an event (both prior and during the event), unless otherwise stated. However, Videoslots reserves the right to use the Tattersalls Rule 4 on the remaining participants. It is at the discretion of Videoslots when to apply this rule.

5.6.12.1. The market is settled based on the highest ranked competitor; and/or
5.6.12.2. In any competition, if competitors are eliminated in the same stage of the competition, the market will be made and declared void.
5.6.13. Notwithstanding Videoslots’ right to be reimbursed for bets that had erroneously, and for any reason whatsoever, been settled in favour of the Player, Videoslots shall, in the following instances, reserve the right to suspend effecting a settlement of the relative bet, or to void the bet (as applicable) until an official decision upon the result thereof is reached and communicated by the applicable governing authorities:

5.6.14. Unless differently stated in the Sport Specific Betting Rules (accessible here), if an event is scheduled to be played on a neutral venue, the order of how teams are displayed as being ‘home’ or ‘away’ in the Sportsbook is immaterial, and all bets shall be deemed as valid, unless the new venue is ‘home’ to the originally stated ‘away’ team.
5.6.15. It is also being hereby declared that any and all winnings and sums due and payable to the Player by Videoslots in accordance with this clause 5 shall be processed, effected and remitted by Videoslots in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions herein.
5.7. Voiding of Bets
5.7.1. In the event that a bet is deemed to fall within the provisions of clauses 5.3.10. or 5.3.11., or otherwise to be deemed as void in the additional instances stipulated in clause 5, such bets, unless a refund is not due in accordance with the provisions of this clause 5 (as applicable), thereby inclusive and not limited to the provisions of clauses 5.4.10., 5.5.5., or 5.5.7., shall be settled with the odds of 1.00.
5.7.2. A bet made as an accumulative bet shall remain valid notwithstanding a match or an event which is part of the accumulative bet being void, and the potential winnings shall be revised accordingly to reflect the exclusion of the bet being deemed void.
5.7.3. If the duration of an event taking place, in any sport made available on the Sportsbook, is different to what it states on the rules of said sports, all bets related to that event will be made void, unless stated otherwise in the specific event (for example: a football match stating that it shall be constituting of 80 minutes of play instead of the regular 90 minutes)
5.7.4. Notwithstanding anything contained in this clause 5, Videoslots reserves also the right, at its own discretion, to declare a bet void, totally or partly, if there is, as a minimum requirement thereof, reason to believe any of the following circumstances have occurred:

5.8.3. Any complaints/disagreements towards settlement of any bet offer, should reach Videoslots within 10 calendar days of the initial settlement to require a full investigation. All other complaints will only be considered if the Player presents indisputable evidence of an inaccurate settlement. Such evidence will only be taken into consideration unless it is in any way attributable to, but not limited to, the following situations: disqualifications, penalisations, protests, sub judice results and/or successive changes to the official result after the event has been completed and a result has been announced, even preliminarily. For bets referring to competitions which span over more than one round/stage (e.g. Season Bets), only amendments effecting bets which settlement has not been decided yet will be taken into consideration. Such measures must be announced by the governing association before the last scheduled round/stage will be considered. Any changes effected after this date, or else referring to bets which have already been settled based on events happening during the event/competition will not be considered.
5.8.4. Videoslots reserves the right to suspend access to a Player’s Account until it completes any investigations it deems necessary.
5.8.5. These rules are applicable to all transactions with Videoslots in relation to the Sportsbook, and may be supplemented with other rules. In the event of ambiguity, priority should be considered in the following order:
5.8.5.1. rules and conditions published in conjunction with an offer and/or campaign;
5.8.5.2. should these be inconclusive, reference will be made to the General Betting Rules (as provided in clause 5.11), unless the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here) declare otherwise.
5.8.6. In cases where it deems that the General Betting Rules and/or the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here) are inconclusive, Videoslots reserves the right, according to its own discretion, to settle offers on an individual basis on the basis of equity, attaining itself to generally accepted betting norms, customs and definitions.
5.8.7. Any data provided or accessible in, from or related to the Sportsbook may be used by you for private, non-commercial use only and any use or attempted use of such data for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

5.9.2. Price Boost Bets Offers can only be played as one holistic and pre-determined bet. Accordingly, a Price Boost Bets Offers selection cannot be added in a multiplier with other selections. If a Price Boost Bets Offers selection is included and/or made in relation to a multiplier, Videoslots reserves the right to deem such acceptance as constituting and Error, thereby voiding the entire selection at any time, being before, during or upon termination of the relative event(s).
5.9.3. If a Price Boost Bets Offers multiple is offered and one or more of the events do not take place, for any reason whatsoever, the entire selection will be made void.
5.9.4. Price Boost Bets Offers are based on regular time only (extra time and penalties are not included) unless stated otherwise on the market or on the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here).
5.9.5. Price Boost Bet Offers are intended for pre-match betting. Videoslots reserves the right to void the entire Price Boost Bets Offers if one or more of the events in the offered multiplier has commenced whilst the offer is still available online to Players.
5.9.6. In the unlikely event of an obvious wording error or pricing error relative to a Price Boost Bets Offers, the entire selection will be made void.
5.10. Bet Builder

5.10.2. Bets created using this feature include and relate exclusively to football tournaments, as made available by Videoslots on the Sportsbook.
5.10.3 A bet is created using Bet Builder as follows:
5.10.3.1. A Player can make up to 10 selections to create the unique bet wanted. The Player may choose from a wide range of 90 betting markets.
5.10.3.2. Upon completing the desired bet(s) selection, the Player shall select the aggregate odds for the desired bet(s) as displayed on the relative Bet Builder slip and the cumulative bet will be added to the Player’s bet ticket. After the accumulated bet is placed and confirmed, the relative accumulated bet ticket may be viewed within the ‘My Bets’ section in the Player’s Player Account.
5.10.4. Bet Builder is currently only available for soccer and is available on every soccer match. Bet Builder bets are those that have been placed through the Bet Builder feature and could not have been placed as a standard bet type, due to being interrelated. You may place single and standard multiple bets through Bet Builder however these will be treated as standard bet types once placed and will not be subject to the following conditions.
5.10.5. A maximum of 10 betting markets from a single match can be included in a Bet Builder bet.
5.10.6. If a market within a Bet Builder bet is void, then the entire Bet Builder bet will be voided (for example: if the Player’s Goalscorer selection does not play, the entire accumulated bet finalised using the Bet Builder feature will be void regardless of the outcome of the other selections).
5.10.7. Videoslots reserves the right to make the Bet Builder feature available at its sole discretion, and to amend, suspend or remove the Bet Builder feature (or any part of it) at any time for any event, fixture, betting market or Player, at its sole discretion. 5.10.8. Videoslots reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline any bet requested for any competition or betting market or bet type that is included in the Bet Builder feature.
5.11. General Betting Rules
5.11.1. Common Terms of Reference
5.11.1.1. Unless listed either in conjunction with the bet offer, or else in the Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here), all bets should be considered valid for the result at the end of the "Regular Time" or "Full Time" only. "Regular Time" or "Full Time" is defined as interpreted by the official rules published by the respective governing association. For example, in football, full time is stipulated to be 90 minutes including injury time, and in ice hockey it is stipulated as the 3 x 20 minute periods. Should the governing association decide to stipulate, before the start of the event, that the said event is to be played over a different duration, this will be treated as being the official rules for the event (for example, Under 17 football played with 2 x 40 minute periods). Nonetheless, such occurrence is limited to the "regular" playing time and does not include any prolongation such as extra time or overtime, unless explicitly stated.
5.11.1.2. "Livebetting" is where it is possible to bet during an ongoing match or event. Videoslots does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if it is not possible to place a bet or the live score update is not correct. At all times it is your responsibility to be aware of the match and the events surrounding it such as the current score, its progression and how much time remains before the match is completed. Videoslots does not accept any liability for changes to the Livebetting schedule or interruption of the Livebetting service.
5.11.1.3. The "Participant" is an object constituting part of an event. In "Head-to-Head" and "Triple-Head" the Participant only refers to objects that are subject to the "Head-to-Head" or "Triple-Head" event in question.
5.11.1.4. The deadline (cut-off time) shown on the Sportsbook is to be treated for information purposes only. Videoslots reserves the right, at its own discretion, to suspend, partially or completely, the betting activity at any time where it deems necessary.
5.11.1.5. Statistics or editorial text published on the Sportsbook are to be considered as added information but Videoslots does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if the information is not correct, not complete or inaccurate. At all times it is your responsibility to be aware about circumstances relating to an event.
5.11.1.6. Theoretical return in fixed odds betting to the player is given by the odds from all possible outcomes in the offer. The theoretical payback to a player on a bet offer with 3 outcomes a, b and c can be calculated as follows.
Theoretical % = 1 / (1 / ”odds outcome a” + 1 / “odds outcome b” + 1 / “odds outcome c”) x 100
5.11.2. Bet types explained
5.11.2.1. Match winner or 1x2 or win/draw/win (W/D/W): refers to the possible result of an event. 3way markets are not inclusive of extra time and penalties. Match winner market could also exclude the draw (x) in events where a draw is not possible. In said cases it may be called money line or head to head.
1 – implies the home team or player or the first listed participant/outcome
x – implies a draw or tie
2 – implies the away team or player or second listed participant/outcome
5.11.2.2. Double Chance, 1x or x2 or 12: refers to the possibility of combining 2 out of 3 outcomes
5.11.2.3. Correct Score: refers to the possibility of guessing the exact score of a match
5.11.2.4. Over/Under or Totals: refers to the possibility of guessing less (under) or more (over) a total line. Normally either in full integers (2,3,4 etc – in which cases if the exact number of points is made all bets are made void) or in .5 integers (2.5,3.5,4.5 etc – in which case there is always a winner).
Over/Under or Total markets are offered for, and not limited to the following: goals, points, corners, rebounds, freekick, throw in, minutes.
5.11.2.5. Odd/Even: refers to the possibility of guessing whether the score is an odd number or an even number. 0 Goals counts as even.
5.11.2.6. Draw No Bet: refers to the possibility of choosing the winner of an event (team 1 or team 2). In case the match ends in a draw, all bets are made void.
5.11.2.7. Half Time/ Fulltime: refers to choosing the winner of the first half of an event and then the final winner of the event. These may vary and be displayed accord to the following combinations:
1/1 – team 1 wins 1st half – team 1 wins match
1/x – team 1 wins 1st half – match ends in draw
1/2 - team 1 wins 1st half – team 2 wins match
x/1 – 1st half ends in draw – team 1 wins match
x/x – 1st half ends in draw – match end in draw
x/2 – 1st half ends in draw – team 2 wins match
2/1 – team 2 wins 1st half – team 1 wins match
2/x – team 2 wins 1st half – team 1 wins match
2/2 – team 2 wins 1st half – teams 2 wins match
5.11.2.8. Outrights (Ante post): refers to the possibility of choosing a winner or participant placing from a list of participants.
5.11.2.9. Outright markets are determined according to what place the chosen participant will occupy at the time of settling the market. Any later cancellations or suspensions will not be considered.
5.11.2.10. In the event of outright markets where there should only be 1 winner and there are multiple winner (Such as Top Scorer) all markets will be settled using Dead Heat Rules unless stated otherwise in Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here). “Dead Heat” refers to when 2 or more selections in an event tie. If a "dead Heat" between two selections is declared on any event, half the stake is applied to the selection at full odds and the other half is lost. If more than two "dead Heats" are declared, the stake is proportioned accordingly.
5.11.2.11. Handicap and Asian Handicap: refers to the possibility to bet on whether the chosen outcome will be victorious once the listed handicap is added/subtracted (as applicable) to the match/period/total score to which the bet refers to.
5.11.2.12. Where the result after the adjustment of the handicap line is exactly equal to the betting line, then all bets on this offer will be made void. For example: a bet on -2.0 goals will be made void if the team chosen wins the match by exactly 2 goals difference (2-0,3-1, 6-4, etc).
5.11.2.13. Unless otherwise stated, all handicap, markets on the Videoslots Sportsbook are to be based on the result from the start of the listed match/period to the end of the specified match/period. It is however customary that for certain handicap bet offers in specific sports (Asian Handicap in Football), only the outcomes obtained from the time of bet placement until the end of the listed timeframe will be taken into consideration, thus disregarding any goals/points scored before the time the bet was placed and accepted. Any bet offer with these characteristics will be clearly displayed on site and highlighted in the Player’s Account, and bet history, with the score at the time of bet placement.
5.11.2.14. There are 3 different “handicap betting” formats:
(i) 2-way Handicap: Team A (-1.5) vs Team B (+1.5):
- Team A is given a -1.5 goal handicap in the match. For the bet to be won, Team A must win the match with a margin equal or bigger than the listed handicap (in this case 2 goals or more).
- Team B is given a +1.5 goal advantage in the match. For the bet to be won, Team B must either win the match, match finish in a draw or not lose with a margin equal or bigger than their listed advantage (in this case lose with a 1 goal margin).
(ii) 3-way Handicap: Team A (-2) Draw (Exactly 2) Team B (+2):
- Team A is given a 2 goal handicap in the match. For the bet to be won, Team A must win the match with a bigger margin than the listed handicap (in this case 3 goals or more).
- For the bet to be won on Draw the outcome of the match must end with exactly the listed margin (in this case, match ends with Team A winning by a goal difference of 2 goals; 2-0, 4-2 and 6-4). Team B is given a 2 goal advantage in the match.
- For the bet to be won, Team B must either win the match, match finish in a draw or not lose with a margin equal or bigger than their listed advantage (in this case lose with only a 1 goal margin).
(iii) Asian Handicap: Team A (-1.75) vs Team B (+1.75):
- Team A is given a -1.75 goal handicap in the match. This means that the stake is divided into 2 equal bets and placed on the outcomes -1.5 and -2.0. For the bet to be fully paid out at the listed odds, Team A must win the match with a bigger margin than both of their listed handicaps (in this case. 3 goals or more margin). In the eventuality that Team A wins with only a 2 goal margin, the bet will be considered as partially won with a full pay-out on the -1.5 part of the bet and a refund on the -2.0 side since the outcome on that part of the bet would be considered a “tie”. Should the match produce any other outcome, including a Team A victory with only 1 goal of margin, the whole stake would be lost.
- Team B is given a +1.75 goal advantage in the match. This means that the stake is divided into 2 equal bets and placed on the outcomes +1.5 and +2.0. For the bet to be fully paid out at the listed odds, Team B must either win the match, match finish in a draw or not lose with a margin equal or bigger than any of their listed advantages (in this case lose with only a 1 goal margin). In the eventuality that Team B loses with exactly a 2 goal margin, the bet will be considered as partially lost with a refund on the -2.0 part of the bet and a loss on the -1.5 part of the bet. Should the match produce any other outcome which results in a defeat of Team B with a margin of 3 or more goals, the whole stake would be lost.
5.11.3. Betting Props
5.11.3.1. Specific time period: refers to the possibility of betting on a time period. Normally the time period will be listed on the market. The terms of time period will differ per sports (Quarter/Set/Half/ Period (x)/ Over time/ Extra Time etc).
5.11.3.2. Results/scores happening in other periods will not be taken into account for the settling of period chosen in a Player’s bet.
5.11.3.3. Videoslots reserves the right to void bets on period markets if the event is played in a different time format than the one stipulated on the offer.
5.11.3.4. Results at the end of specific time period: refers to the possibility of betting the result on a time period. Same conditions as rule (a) of this Betting Props section apply, but results from previous periods are carried over.
5.11.3.5. Race to (x) points/ goals: refers to the possibility of betting on a team or participant reaching the particular point or goal mentioned in the market before the other competitor(s). If the number of points/goals is not reached in the stipulated time frame, all bets will be made void unless stated otherwise in Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here) or the market contains draw or no team to reach (x).
5.11.3.6. To score point/goal (x): refers to the possibility of betting on a team or participant scoring the point or goal mentioned, regardless of which team is winning the event. If the points/goal mentioned is not scored/reached in the stipulated time frame – all bets will be made void unless stated otherwise in Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here) or the market contains draw or no team to reach (x).
5.11.3.7. Clean Sheet: refers to when a team does not concede a goal during the match.
5.11.3.8. First / Next team to score: refers to the possibility of betting on which team will score the first or next goal. All bets will be made void unless stated otherwise in Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here) or the market contains draw or no team to score.
5.11.3.9. Team(s) to score: refers to the possibility of betting on which team(s) will score the will score at least a goal. All bets will be made void unless stated otherwise in Sport Specific Betting Rules & Limits (accessible here) or the market contains draw or no team to score.
5.11.3.10. Team to win from behind: refers to the possibility of betting on the listed team to win after having been losing at any point of the match. In the event the team is never losing the match, all bets stand.
5.11.3.11. Team to win both/all halves: refers to the possibility of betting on a team to win both or all halves of said event.
5.11.3.12. Rest of the Match: refers to the possibility of betting on an event happening from the time of the bet placed until the end of the event.
5.11.3.13. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they understand the event, market or bet type they are betting on. In the event said market is not explained in terms and conditions, Videoslots still reserves the right to settle said market as it is meant to be settled. In cases of dispute, it is up to Videoslots’ discretion whether to cancel or repay the chosen bet.
5.11.3.14. Weekly Props: refers to the possibility of betting on several teams or events happening in the current weekly schedule of matches. For example: English Premier League weekend total goal (would include all matches schedule from Friday until Monday of a given date and fixture list displayed and marked as such by Videoslots on the Sportsbook).
5.11.3.15. If any of the events is not played: means that all markets will be made void unless event not playing does not affect the final outcome of the market (For example: Over goals/points would have been reached anyway).
These markets are settled on regular time only.
5.11.3.16. Player markets (not outrights): refers to the possibility of choosing a participant to win a market. If said player does not take part in the event and bet cannot be won, all bets on said participant will be made void unless stated otherwise.
5.11.3.17. Any other: refers to the possibility of betting on all other participants that are not included in the list.
5.11.3.18. Mercy Rule: ends a two-competitor sports competition earlier then the scheduled endpoint, if one competitor has a very large and presumably insurmountable scoring lead over the other.
5.11.3.19. Each Way betting: an each-waybet is a wager offered consisting of two separate bets:
- A win bet: for the win part of the bet to give a return, the selection must win, or finish first, in the event.
- a place bet: for the place part of the bet to give a return, the selection must either win or finish in one of the predetermined places for the event, such as first place or second place. The odds paid on the place part of the bet are usually a fraction (commonly 1⁄2, 1⁄3, 1⁄4or 1⁄5) of the win odds. The trade-off being that one has a greater chance of making one's bet in trade for getting less payoff for doing so.
5.11.3.20. By way of example, in horse racing in the United Kingdom, the "place" is set strictly by the Jockey Club and will depend on the size of the field (that is, how many horses are running) so that the "place" may be just 1st and 2nd, 1st 2nd and 3rd, or even 1st 2nd 3rd or 4th on a big race like the Grand National, and may pay 1⁄4 or 1⁄5 the odds. A £10 each-way single on an odd of 11 selection in a horse race and paying 1⁄4 the odds a place 1, 2, or 3 would cost £20.
Returns on the win part of the bet would be £10 × 11 = £110
Returns on the place part of the bet would be £10 × 3.5 = £35
Total returns would be £110 + £35 = £145 if the horse won the race, but just £35 if the horse only finished second or third.
5.11.3.21. In any combinations bets that are not possible to settle as a whole due to one part of the bet, Videoslots reserves the right to void the whole bet unless stated otherwise (For example: Player to score – Team to win (if player does not play) or Each player/team to win a set (match is abandoned in the second set).
5.11.4. Single Bets, Multi Bet and System Bets
5.11.4.1. A single bet consists of 1 event/selection. In a single bet, a Player is required to guess the outcome of just 1 event. The winning of the bet is multiplied but the odd selected and the odd offered always includes the stake. For example: A Player places a bet of £10 on an event with an odd of 2.5 wins a gross amount of £25 (£10 staked + £15 net win) if the selection is guessed.
5.11.4.2. A Multi Bet consists of several independent events combined (odds multiplied) into 1 multiple.
- For a Player to win a Multi Bet, all selections must be guessed correctly.
- In a Multi Bet it is possible to combine up to 20 events.
- A Multi Bet is lost when a minimum of 1 selection(s) is lost and not guessed correctly.
- If 1 of the selected outcomes in the Multi Bet is abandoned, postponed or must be voided, then all bets on the individual odd will be paid out at odds of 1.00 and the odds of the multiplier shall be adjusted accordingly.
- A Player is not allowed to place a Multi Bet with markets from the same event. This is only allowed in the markets Scorecast or in a Bet Builder.
- In the unlikely event a Multi Bet containing markets from the same event (contingency bets) are accepted, Videoslots reserves the right to void part or the full multiple.
- For display purposes, when necessary, the second digit after the decimal point of the odds is shown as rounded up in the Player Account’s bet history to the nearest decimal number. The Payout will however be effected based on the actual odds multiplied by the stake, disregarding the aforementioned rounding (For example: 1.67 may be paid out at odds of 1.668).
- Videoslots reserves the right to reduce the amount staked to be compliant with the maximum winnings limit.
5.11.4.3. A System Bet consists of several individual combination bets. A System Bet differs from a multiple bet (Multi Bet) as a Player may earn winnings even if not all selections are guessed correctly. For example: In a multiplier with 4 selections a Player can opt to play the following systems;
- 4 single bets
- 6 double bets
- 4 treble bets
- 1 fourfold bet
5.11.4.4. In the event of a match/event starting but not being completed, then all bets will be made void, unless the specific market outcome is already determined, or unless there is no conceivable way the event and/or match could be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the result of a specific market. For example: in a volleyball match, if a set is abandoned at 18-17, bets on Over/Under 35.5 Set - Total Points are settled as winners/losers respectively, since any natural conclusion to the set would have yielded at least 36 points.
